Allergens of the house dust mite Dermatophagoides farinae—Immunochemical studies of four allergenic fractions

摘要: Analysis of the allergenic components house dust mite Dermatophagoides farinae was performed. Four different types proteins reactive with human anti-mite IgE antibodies were identified as four distinct radioprecipitins in radioimmunoelectrophoresis. These designated allergen (Me) Me 1, 2, 3, and 4 according to their electrophoretic mobility from slower faster. 1 2 first second prevailing allergens, respectively, 133 atopic patients subjected study. on purification by gel filtration anion exchange chromatography, elicited a single radioprecipitin also band sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide electrophoresis peak high-performance liquid chromatography.
