摘要: Abstract The effect of a static magnetic field on the acclimation activated sludge with high polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) storage capacity was evaluated under aerobic dynamic feeding (ADF) conditions. processes were carried out in Sequence Batch Reactors (SBRs) intensities 42, 21, 7, or 0 mT. Static exposure significantly influenced PHA accumulation sludge. content biomass reached 66% (on COD basis) at intensity 21 mT and an organic load 5.42 g L −1 , which 16% higher than that control. Analysis by PCR-DGGE showed underlying mechanism might involve change dominant species microorganism each reactor response to field.
