摘要: Abstract In the present study we report on a low cost synthesis of amorphous ZnO modified anatase TiO2 (40 and 20 mol% ZnO) thin films deposited via sol-gel spin coating technique glass substrate. The effects composition structural, morphological surface chemistry properties were discussed correlated with electrical behavior. Thus, by X-ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy only indexed in crystalline structure was identified without any characteristic phase. assessed Photoelectron highlighted presence Ti4+ as well Zn2+ coordinated proved Auger ZnLMM transition shifted toward lower binding energies. are continuous, homogeneous grain size below nm exhibit an intergranular porosity, it displayed Scanning Electron Microscopy. sensor signal towards CO exposure is strongly related to amount phase formation. found that higher content leads sensitivity. sensing measurements performed temperature range (room 400 °C), over concentrations (0-2000 ppm). containing mol.% exhibits good sensitivity at ~300 °C for concentration .
