摘要: Home ownership has only recently begun to be available for the residents of remote Indigenous settlements and town camps with community title land, but it long been an option peoples living on freehold in rural towns urban centres. The article presents results a household survey these existing home owners, under Business Australia (IBA) Ownership Program (HOP). revealed high degree home-owner satisfaction, not terms financial gain, also developmental such as empowerment, control.
