摘要: We improve the conversion efficiency of Ag2S quantum dot (QD)-sensitized TiO2 nanotube-array electrodes by chemically depositing ZnO recombination barrier layer on plain electrodes. The optical properties, structural compositional analysis, and photoelectrochemistry properties prepared have been investigated. It is found that for electrodes, with increasing cycles deposition, photocurrent density increase. In addition, as compared to QD-sensitized electrode without layers, layers increases significantly due formation efficient between nanotube array electrolyte.
