摘要: This study presents results of 110 third-generation ankle arthroplasties performed at four principle centers with a follow-up 3 years. Prostheses used were the Star, LCS, and Ramses. Indications represented by arthrosis (72 cases, almost all which post-traumatic) rheumatoid arthritis (27 cases). There 63 women 47 men, an average age 56 Results generally good, especially in relation to pain, improved 70% cases. Function less favorable, particularly dorsal flexion, did not improve after operation. Walking perimeter increased more than 40% In "Conclusion," we discuss indications for arthroplasty instead arthrodesis, as latter are always complications frequent.
