摘要: The joint action of soil-applied herbicide mixtures with similar or different modes has been assessed by using the additive dose model (ADM). herbicides chlorsulfuron, metsulfuron-methyl, pendimethalin and pretilachlor, applied either singly in binary mixtures, were used on rice (Oryza sativa L.). growth (shoot) response curves described a logistic dose-response model. ED50 values their corresponding standard errors obtained from to test statistically if shape isoboles differed reference Results showed that molecular targets, i.e. chlorsulfuron metsulfuron (acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitors), (microtubule assembly inhibitor) pretilachlor (very long chain fatty acids (VLCFAs) inhibitor), followed ADM. Mixing targets gave results depending whether was involved. In general, sulfonylureas synergistic interactions, whereas exhibited antagonistic activities. Hence, there is large potential for both increasing specificity lowering total weed control, while at same time delaying development resistance targets.
