摘要: The existing motor frame is made of metal materials. In this paper, a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) frame, which uses material damping to reduce vibration amplitude, proposed design and manufacture low-vibration motors. damp ratio the CFRP calculated by prediction model based on strain energy, verified combination finite element method experiment. characteristics are studied experimentally compared with that motor. results show has good reduction. amplitude reduction up 5 times higher than proves application value.
