摘要: Over the past twenty years, institutions and individuals have proposed a wide variety of standards, models methodologies for management risk, many which can be applied to projects in area information technology (IT). The purpose this research was develop method selection most suitable option risk IT projects, accordance with needs organization. In order obtain simplified, more intuitive easier implement method, we developed new graphical vectorial approach by modifying an intuitionistic procedure its adaptation as multi-criteria tool managerial decision-making. is complemented Mean-Variance calculations. weights evaluation criteria are obtained Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). application preceded documentary use mapping study techniques pre-selection options. A numerical example based on case permits test suitability proposal. Several future lines investigation proposed.
