摘要: Gut microbiota composition influences the balance between human health and disease. Increasing evidence suggests involvement of microbial factors in regulating cancer development, progression, therapeutic response. Distinct species have been implicated modulating gut environment architecture that affects therapy outcomes. While some offer enhanced response, others diminish treatment efficacy. In addition, use antibiotics, often to minimize infection risks cancer, causes intestinal dysbiosis proves detrimental. this review we discuss role development therapy. We also provide insights into future strategies manipulate microbiome epithelial barrier augment responses while minimizing toxicity or risks.
