摘要: The Achilles heel of conventional multidimensional NMR spectroscopy is the long duration measurements, set by Nyquist sampling condition and resolution requirements in evolution dimensions. Projection-reconstruction solves this problem radial evolution-domain signals, relying on Bracewell’s Fourier transform slice/projection theorem to generate a projections at different inclinations. Reconstruction implemented one three possible deterministic back-projection schemes (additive, lowest-value, or algebraic), statistical model-fitting program. For simplicity treatment focuses principally three-dimensional case, then extends analysis four concept hyperdimensional described for dealing with even higher
