摘要: Kawasaki disease (KD), also known as mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome and infantile polyarteritis nodosa, is a febrile illness manifested by vasculitis that can potentially affect the coronary arteries. The etiology of KD has long been investigated, to this day, there no single causative agent. diagnosis remains clinical one with algorithms established for incomplete cases include additional laboratory criteria.1 Different infections inflammatory conditions may present manifestations mimic KD.
