摘要: Ten strains of thermophilic actinomycetes were isolated from waste and mushroom composts, as well the air compost plants a refuse incineration plant in Germany. These organisms produce white aerial mycelia form hyphae with so-called pseudosporangia that fragment into rod-like structures. The have type III cell walls (meso-diaminopimelic acid whole-cell sugar C), phospholipid is PII, mycotic acids are not present. major menaquinone MK-9(H4), fatty mainly iso- anteiso-branched acids, hydroxy 10-methyl-branched acids. guanine-plus-cytosine content DNA 69 to 73 mol%. chemotaxonomic markers (especially C) 16S ribosomal sequence data indicated these represent new genus order Actinomycetales, for which name Thermocrispum proposed. On basis phylogenetic phenotypic data, this closely related members family Pseudonocardiaceae taxa contains two species: municipale sp. nov. agreste species T. municipale, strain MKD 35 (= DSM 44069), CHB 77 44070).
