摘要: High-strength Cu-based bulk glassy alloys were formed in the Cu–Hf–Ti system by copper mold casting and melt clamp forging methods. The maximum diameter is 4 mm for Cu60Hf25Ti15 alloy. substitution of Hf Cu60Hf40 alloy Ti causes an increase glass-forming ability (GFA). As content increases, glass transition temperature (Tg) decreases, while crystallization (Tx) shows a at 5% then resulting supercooled liquid region ΔTx (= Tx − Tg) 78 K Ti. liquidus (T1) has minimum 1172 around 20% Ti, hence, Tg//T1 0.62 obtained high GFA was compositions with Tg/T1. exhibits tensile fracture strength 2130 MPa, compressive 2160 plastic elongation 0.8 to 1.6%. new Tg/T1 above 0.60, 2100 distinct are encouraging future development as type that can be used structural materials.
