摘要: The benefits of managing companies through a process-based approach are well recognized in the business literature and many corporate contexts. However, there is limited discussion on how to practically design develop an organization based processes. This paper aims address this relative ‘gap’ by presenting case recent international joint venture regional jet industry. In following paper, we present story identification description core process model company, with specific focus customer service activities. Based interviews direct observation at field site, shows main steps undertaken define taxonomy levels describe elements, along relationships components company. provides practical value as it insights relating start-up new company driven approach.
