摘要: Abstract The explosion and combustion parameters of mixtures methane air with saturated water vapor were experimentally measured in a standard 20-L spherical vessel at room temperature atmospheric pressure. experimental data carefully scrutinized compared to elucidate the effect air. When content is below 10%, maximum pressure, rate pressure rise laminar flame speed during are slightly affected, which attributed dual role vapor: on one hand, suppresses by thermal chemical effects; other addition makes equivalence ratio higher than that dry condition same content. Then when relatively higher, discrepancies between quite pronounced for reason. flammability limits mixture become narrower (6–14%) methane/air (5–15%). Additionally, speeds computed ones HP-Mech agree well each this work.
