摘要: In the previous edition of this chapter we noted that for most part clinical and basic science research in field myasthenia gravis (MG) had largely focused on understanding etiology, sequelae, treatment disease with little attention directed toward psychological aspects condition. Unfortunately, situation has not improved. Despite evidence prevalence MG increased past decade (1), few studies have explored status patients disease. As previously, significance oversight is underscored by absence a cure reality are therefore required to live chronic medical We limited data obtained from cohorts patients, but there large literature other diseases living condition places their caregivers loved ones at risk experiencing significant distress reductions self-reported quality life. Since patient’s functional response overall life represent an important aspect care, it focus factors both challenge support well-being patients.
