摘要: Developing the heavy metal free QD-LEDs is required to curtail risks human beings and environment. Nanoparticles that are ecofriendly, chemically stable, easy synthesize, nontoxic, biocompatible too preferred one. ZnO low cost semiconductor nanoparticles with tunable band gap large excitonic binding energy, which make them suitable for LED applications. To achieve same purpose, this research work focused on synthesis of surface modified their application in light emitting diodes. The condensation reaction used synthesize ligand wet chemical precipitation method nanoparticles. optical properties evaluated using UV–Vis absorption fluorescence studies. also investigated presence ions an increased achieved when Fe3+ ion added organic receptor coated stability coupled confirmed theoretically density functional theory.
