摘要: Local stimulation induces generation and propagation of electric signals in higher plants. Noninvasive stimulus an action potential damaging influences lead to the variation potential. The mechanism is rather complex nature associated with both activation ion channels (Ca2+, Cl–, K+) transient change activity plasma membrane H+-ATPase. Generation potential, duration which considerably longer than that based on inactivation electrogenic pump; however, passive fluxes also contribute such process, causes qualitative similarity mechanisms generation. Propagation electrical mainly occurs conducting bundles; thus, transfer vascular parenchyma sieve elements, while connected xylem vessels. distribution similar nerve impulse transmission, induced by a chemical substance, whose accelerated hydraulic wave.
