摘要: Abstract A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study of the thermal integration steam reforming methanol (SRM) and combustion in a catalytic microchannel reactor is presented. This issue interest for situ H2 production portable power units based on low-temperature PEM fuel cells. Three-dimensional simulations have been carried out under relevant conditions SRM reaction that shown microreactors allow achieving complete at space velocities as high 50,000 h−1, with selectivities above 99% relatively low temperatures 270–290 °C range.
