摘要: Annually, many women become pregnant worldwide; however, pregnancy and childbirth is not a pleasant event for all them. In fact, more than 90% of maternal anxiety could be related to the delivery process. It should noted that also stressful sometimes, due different reasons in order avoid its potential hazards which threaten lives mother baby, it possible deliver through natural channel Caesarean section necessary. However, nowadays, cesarean sections are unnecessary. The unnecessary has an important impact on neonatal health reducing (unnecessary) caesarean one priorities. That’s why countries trying reduce promote childbirth. Iran, Maternal Health Office at Ministry Medical Education 2002, initiated design national program mother-friendly hospitals rate by 25 % until 2015. addition, previous research shown education mothers their fear about correcting some wrong beliefs childbirth, reduced. By systematic training control women, they will believe have ability do turn increase self-confidence. Finally, lead increased cases vaginal delivery.
