摘要: Transport ac losses in technical superconductors based on Bi-2223 tape material are influenced by many parameters. The major factors that define the performance of such conductors following: size and number filaments, their geometrical arrangement cross-section conductor, twist pitch length, resistivity matrix, presence oxide barriers around filaments deformation procedures as sequential pressing or rolling followed appropriate thermal treatment. In present paper above aspects addressed from viewpoint materials science conductor design. at power frequencies different types presented analysed. results design analysis with respect to coexistence superconductor other structure presented. New concepts for minimization transport discussed detail.
