摘要: We observed that the superconducting critical temperature Tc(x) of oxides (R1−xPrx)Ba2Cu3O7−y (R=Er, Y, Dy, Gd, Eu) decreases monotonically with increasing Pr concentration x. Using reduced parameters Tc/Tc(0) and x/xcr all experimental data for five studied systems fall onto theoretical universal curve Abrikosov Gor’kov over regime, x/xcr<0.6, where xcr is complete suppression superconductivity Tc(0) Tc undoped material. The consistency these results suggests a pair‐breaking mechanism which plays role in depressing high oxides.
