摘要: The present study was undertaken to determine the effects of cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitors on development neuropathic pain in rats following chronic constriction injury (CCI). A single intraperitoneal administration naproxen, a nonselective COX inhibitor (10 or 30 mg/kg), rofecoxib, selective COX-2 (3 10 mg/kg) 2 h before nerve did not attenuate state for 28 days. However, naproxen [10 mg/kg, intraperitonelly (i.p.)], but rofecoxib i.p.), day 7 attenuated hypersensitivity alter its Furthermore, significantly reduced hyperalgesia and allodynia 4 h, efficacy observed 24 after treatment, whereas failed modify perineural (p.n.) intrathecal (i.t.) 7. Chronic (3, (1, 3 before, daily days, further delayed 21 days injury. These results suggest that CCI model is dependent started early peripheral could hypersensitivity.
