摘要: This paper evaluates a group model-building project concerning safety in city neighbourhood. Stakeholders such as inhabitants, housing association managers, and police were directly involved constructing system dynamics model of their situation defining actions to improve safety. Evaluation studies typically assume that participants modelling sessions share insights, turn, the information exchanged changes opinions. The addressed this concerns messy problem public multi-organizational setting, characterized by ambiguity conflict. We show an ambiguous conflicted helps exchange change opinions on issue, even when not all conflicts are openly discussed. Group positively impacts quality conclusions reached. ends with discussion limitations areas for future research.
