摘要: Perceptions of deservingness are crucial when we attempt to explain public support for welfare policies or try understand the development modern states. These perceptions also reveal status a particular population group in society and social cohesion between marginalized groups general public. In this article, concerned about whether assistance recipients vary different street-level bureaucrat groups, citizens those individuals who have received whose family members been at some stage their life. We focus on nature impact various individual level factors these perceptions. The studied bureaucrats workers municipalities, deacons Church Finland benefit officials Social Security Institution Finland. Two nationwide surveys among (N = 2,124) 1,883) used. Descriptive statistics rank ordered logistic regression utilized. According results, perceive quite positive way. However, there clear differences within groups.
