摘要: Abstract At the time of diagnosis lung cancer often has progressed to involve regional lymph nodes, or there is other extension primary tumor outside origin. An approach surgical treatment this clinical disease state, that confined ipsilateral hemithorax, been described in terms biologic behavior specific tumors and implications anatomic extent disease. Among patients whose was completely resected, survival rate those with T1 N1 subset Stage I 52%; for T2 N1, II disease, it 31%; all III any T3, N2, 16%. These results have useful estimating potential curability exploiting possibilities multi-modality concept.
