摘要: Thrombosis is a frequent complication in patients with cancer. In hematological malignancies, such as Essential Thrombocythemia (ET) and Polycythemia Vera (PV), thrombotic events are major cause of increased morbidity mortality. The pathogenesis the activation blood coagulation these complex. Platelets have an important role this process. This thesis presents studies exploring platelet-associated hypercoagulability ET PV. acquired JAK2V617F mutation, which has been reported nearly all PV more than half associated severity disease expression soluble or cellular biomarkers clotting system activation. confirmed hypercoagulable state positive for highest thrombin generation values.
