A behavior questionnaire (MPBQ) a station staff (MSSQ), both comprising 32 items, were developed surveyed on sample (N = 579) 99). Using MPBQ, self-reported frequency each aberrant was measured subjected explanatory factor analysis, which revealed three-factor solution 28 retained items: transgressions, self-willed inattentions abrupt violations. ANOVA used examine demographic riding profile variables different types behaviors. MSSQ collect opinions frequency, severity entities might be affected, given specific occurred. An importance hierarchy established over identified determine most important Finally, logistic regression showed time, number stops experienced and, more importantly, transgressions violations, significant predictors possible explanations implications findings help understanding targeting safety interventions ways promote safer operations.
