摘要: The invention discloses an image thinning and segmenting method based on local characteristics. comprises the following steps: for to be segmented. selecting a sub-block with fixedsize by sliding window pixel pixel; FCM segmentation is performed selected sub-blocks obtain class relationship of pixels in sub-blocks, initial classification completed. According overlapping results, thinned, after segmented global again get final results. can utilize between neighborhoods correct points that may erroneously classified classification, more accurate edges, improves accuracy.
