摘要: Venous ulcers are deep wounds that located predominantly on the lower leg. They prone to infection and once healed have a high probability of recurrence. Currently, there no effective measures predict prevent venous from formation. Hence, goal this work was develop Windkessel-based model can be used identify hemodynamic parameters change between healthy individuals those with wounds. Once identified, these potential as indicators when internal conditions change, putting patient at higher risk for wound In order achieve goal, blood flow responses in legs were measured experimentally by laser Doppler perfusion monitor (LDPM) simulated modeling approach. A circuit developed basis Windkessel theory. The extracted three groups: ("wounded"), without but ulcer patients ("nonwounded"), vascular disease ("healthy"). executed two independent operators, both operators reported significant differences wounded localized resistance compliance. successfully replicated experimental profile. global local resistances compliance rendered quantifiable population individuals. This supports approach has determine specific making formation more likely.
