摘要: A plasmid (about 50 kb) was used as a DNA probe to enumerate, by colony hybridization, strain of Lactobacillus fermentum in the stomach contents eight piglets. The population sizes obtained hybridization were agreement with estimated levels calculated on basis profiling colonies isolated at random from total lactobacillus population.
