摘要: The Last PlannerTM system of production control, based on lean construction principles, has been broadly and successfully implemented in several projects over the past years. Its focus work plan realization is useful helping project management teams identify main problems that constrain timely completion individual activities, decrease possible variability. However, potential designs processes, which also contribute to risks variability during their implementations, have seldom studied could be only learned used by human planners a subjective implicit manner. In this paper, research approach detailed address problem creating generic concise data representation for networks processes support graphical analysis pattern recognition. As part ongoing research, case study presented with preliminary results, were obtained applying database control from large capital facility project. Networks analyzed comparing type descriptions original plans actual performance. Interesting statistically valid patterns recognized study, such as correlations between topology its probability having non-completions implementation.
