摘要: The employment of traditional bait and medicament in freshwater aquaculture causes the frequent occurrence environmental pollution disease. Effluent collected after Rhodopseudomonas capsulatus-mediated wastewater treatment could be re-utilized as microbial feeds, medicament, water to culture Tilapia mossambica. Therefore, a novel integrated system using effluent containing R. capsulatus that improves yield, increases disease resistance, enhances quality for mossambica was proposed investigated. can grow well (ER). survival rate, whole body composition ER group were all increased compared control (CK). biochemical (B vitamin) other substances enhanced activity AKP, ACP, phagocytic, SOD CAT by upregulating expression genes. Theoretical analysis showed molecules regulate these gene enzyme activities acting signal stimulates active center. Moreover, present mTOR NF-kB signaling pathways. Furthermore, inhibited Aeromonas hydrophila resistance against fish Meanwhile, also improved quality. This technology would save water, reduce discharge, increase output mossambica, simultaneously.
