摘要: A f ield e xperiment was carried out at Shambat, Sudan (Latitude 15 40´ N and Lon gitude 32 oo 32´ E) in three consecutive seasons (2 000/03) to investigate the effect o Bradyrhizobium inoculation, chicken manure sulphur fertilization on physical characteristics chemical composition of soybean (Glycine m ax L.) seeds. T he results showed that man ure a nd s ulphur i n t presence or bsence inoculation their interactions significantly (P ≥ 0.05) improved hydration coefficient an d cookability th M oisture ash contents w ere not affe cted while fat, fiber, protein carbohydrates were greatly affected especially when 10 t/fed 100 kg/fed applied with without inoculation. However, great ly co mposition Tannin ntent seeds increased by application fertilizers accompanied vitro di gestibility ≥= 0 .05) noculated The also ndicated hat all measured parameters increasing level amendments (manure sulphur) highest value each parameter observed ither 1 00 sulfur.
