摘要: This clathrate had a maximum dimensionless figure-of-merit, ZT, of 0.93 at 637 K, which was slightly higher than that 0.83 for the sintered type-VIII Ba8Ga16Sn30. We investigated high-temperature thermoelectric properties, transport electronic structures, and thermal stabilities clathrates.
