摘要: As in the adult with acute lung injury and respiratory distress syndrome, use of lung-protective ventilation has improved outcomes for neonatal diseases. Animal models syndrome congenital diaphragmatic hernia have provided evidence that 'gentle ventilation' low tidal volumes 'open-lung' strategies using positive end-expiratory pressure or high-frequency oscillatory result less than do traditional modes mechanical high inflating pressures volumes. Although findings retrospective studies infants hernia, persistent pulmonary hypertension newborn been similar to those animal studies, prospective, randomized, controlled trials yielded conflicting results. Successful clinical trial design these children injury/acute will require an appreciation data supporting modern ventilator management disease.
