摘要: The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy a treatment program based on acceptance and commitment therapy training in selection, optimization compensation (SOC) strategies, with view increasing functional autonomy quantity activities older people chronic pain living nursing homes. Participants were ten elderly aged between 71 91, assigned an intervention group control group. Functional performance levels, frequency use SOC acceptance, beliefs associated age pain, emotional well-being, extent which their affected various daily assessed before after intervention. After treatment, belief that medication is main possible for decreased significantly satisfaction achievement life goals higher. results our suggest such interventions could help improve performance, well-being reduce negative pain.
