摘要: The ability of medium from γ-irradiated cells to induce early events in the apoptotic cascade, such as mobilization intracellular calcium, loss mitochondrial membrane potential and increased levels reactive oxygen species, unirradiated was investigated. Medium irradiated human keratinocytes harvested transferred keratinocytes. Intracellular calcium levels, level species were all monitored for a period 24 h following transfer. Rapid fluxes (within 30 s), increases (from 6 after transfer) observed. There no significant difference between effects generated by at 0.5 Gy or 5 Gy. data suggest that signal leads apoptosis is released undergoing radiation-induced oxidative stress.
