Cost-effectiveness of Colorectal Cancer Screening and Treatment Methods: Mapping of Systematic Reviews.

摘要: Objective: Due to extensive literature on colorectal cancer and their heterogeneous results, this study aimed summarize the systematic reviews which review cost-effectiveness studies different aspects of cancer. Methods: The required data were collected by searching following key words according MeSH: “colorectal cancer,” oncology,” carcinoma,” neoplasm,” tumors,” “cost-effectiveness,” “systematic review,” “meta-analysis.” databases searched: PubMed, Cochrane, Google Scholar, Scopus. Two reviewers evaluated articles checklist “assessment multiple reviews” (AMSTAR) tool. Results: Finally, eight included in study. Drummond was mostly used for assessing quality articles. main perspective related payer least relevant social. majority cases referred sensitivity analysis (in 76% cases) lowest point also allocated discounting 37% cases).
