摘要: This investigation concerns the use of superovulated rats in studies on mechanism acute steroidogenic response to luteinizing hormone (LH). Twenty-four day old were by sequential administration 50 IU pregnant mare serum gonadotropin and 25 human chorionic (hCG). The time after this pretreatment that maximum LH could be elicited was established.
