摘要: The positive column of a glow discharge is placed along the axis cylindrical cavity excited in TM010 mode. transmission 3‐cm waves through and shift resonant frequency are observed as function current. It shown that from these measurements values complex conductivity, σr+iσi, electron gas can be calculated. Curves measured conductivity components functions pressure current given. Using theoretical formula for (see reference 6) density turn calculated both σr σi. Langmuir probe studies carried out to check results obtained, adequate agreement found.
