摘要: Objective: We aimed to evaluate the effect of intraperitoneal cetuximab administration on healing anastomosis and development early adhesion formation in a rat model. Materials Methods: Twenty-four female rats were used. A colon segment was resected end-to-end performed. The randomized into three groups after performance colonic received 10 mL solution including study drugs closure abdominal cavity: normal saline administered group (n=8), (400 mg/m2) postoperative 1 (n=8) day surgery, mg/m 2 ) peroperative during surgery. Results: mean grade 2.63±0.92, 0.50±0.76 0.63±0.74 for control test groups, respectively. Cetuximab reduced (p 0.05), but when compared with significant decrease observed both parameters. Histopathological score also evaluated. No statistical difference between found.
