摘要: The interaction of trans-resveratrol and BSA was investigated by means fluorescence quenching, resonance light scattering, ultraviolet spectroscopy Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. Binding to quenches the both static dynamic quenching occur with complex formation. apparent binding constants at 20, 30 40 °C are 1.95×106, 1.70×106 1.65×106 L⋅mol−1, respectively. site values (1.25±0.02). According Forster theory non-radiation energy transfer, distances between 3.47, 3.73 3.99 nm °C, negative enthalpy change positive entropy indicated that driven mainly electrostatic forces. process spontaneous whereby Gibbs negative.
