摘要: Objective: To evaluate the potential of Gracilaria changii extract in ameliorating adverse effects bisphenol A. Methods: The antioxidant capacity extracted using different solvents (methanol, ethanol, and aqueous) was studied. mice were administered by oral gavage with A (60 mg/kg body weight) for 6 weeks or without aqueous extract. Thereafter, either euthanized histology immunohistochemistry studies mated to pregnancy rate. Results: showed highest properties compared methanol ethanol. improved uterus index uterine lipid peroxidation after exposure, although expressions estrogen receptors complement C3 not improved. Histological evaluation during estrus stage has revealed that could mitigate A-induced as there a lower percentage showing abnormalities like decreased eosin staining myometrium, decrease number eosinophil endometrial glands endometrium. Besides, rate Conclusions: protects against female reproductive which may be mediated via modulation migration, gland formation, protein associated prostaglandins myometrium.
