A new record of the non-native fish species Butis koilomatodon (Bleeker 1849) (Teleostei: Eleotridae) for southeastern Brazil

摘要: This work reports the second record of Indo-Pacific invasive mud sleeper, Butis koilomatodon, for coastal Sao Paulo in southeastern Brazil, and represents southernmost this species southwestern Atlantic Ocean. The risks a potential invasion mediated by anthropogenic impacts on area occurrence are also discussed.
