摘要: Presents the concept of outsourcing as a means for achieving strategic advantages. Describes process and provides practical approach which uses six steps. The six‐steps described framework to in systematic way by addressing key issues around objectives, readiness, alternatives, proposals negotiations. Outlines expected benefits outsourcing. Provides an illustration on how organizations outsource their maintenance activities such plant overhauls turnaround.
