摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a widely used clinical tool for medical diagnosis and therapy. Several research studies focus on passively improving MRI sensitivity using high dielectric constant (HDC) materials metamaterials. In this work, we investigate new metasurface resonator which can enhance local transmit receive efficiency in 1.5T MRI. The has been realized with an array of non-magnetic rods embedded two blocks BaTiO 3 aqueous mixture. when mixed water exhibits permittivity values the 40-200 MHz range, allowing design compact safe device practical use scanner. Simulation results show 50% enhancement magnetic field region-of-interest. frequency also validated experimentally small loop antenna vector network analyzer (VNA) laboratory-controlled environment.
