摘要: All Schiff bases were synthesized from 4-chloro benzaldehyde and substituted Hydrazide. Antioxidant activities evaluated of all the bases. 3a 3g shows maximum lipoxygenase (Lox) inhibition at 500 µM %, DPPH % µM, FRAP value TEAC value. While remaining abnormal values for antioxidant parameters. Antimicrobial show that inactive against Staphlococcus aureus bacteria but few one active E. coli Bacillus Subtilis microbial. Majority product Typhimusium Salmonella some are Candida albicans bacteria.
