摘要: Results of a study about 70 spectra the horizontal components gustiness in strong winds are described. From these and other published data following expression for spectrum lower layers is suggested: Cross-spectra cross-correlations velocity between pairs stations on mast given. this it appears that cross-spectra can be expressed as simple function ratio vertical separation to wavelength, no dependence height being detectable.
